norton devices indicates my device is inactive

My Windows 10 system is running fine and NIS is running fine.  However, when I go to Norton website and look at devices I se my wifes laptop as online and active but my All-In-One as online, inactive with trial subscription.  How do I update this device setting without uninstalling and reinstalling all of Norton?

On the website, delete the device that is showing the trial. Then go back to that device and open Norton and click on Help - Subscription Status. That should re sync your device with the web page.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

I tried this.  Deleted device and clicked on subscription status to resync which said my  subscription  is active.  However, the web page for my devices only shows 1 device

On the device that is not showing, be sure the Remote Management setting is turned on. From the main Norton screen, click on Settings - Administrative Settings, and scroll down to Remote Management.

Then try the Subscription status again.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

Hello

Please log into Norton using a Windows Administrator Account. You can't change settings with a regular user account What device is this? Don't forget to click on Apply after you make your change.

Re: norton devices indicates my device is inactive

Have you received the latest Windows update to ver 1803? If so, some software, including some users of Norton, have found their apps did not survive the update unscathed.

Reinstalling your Norton product has fixed this issue with the remote management feature being greyed out. Try getting a fresh install of your Norton product using the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool.    www.norton.com/nrnr   Be sure you read the before you begin section, and run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.
