Norton "Error Reporting" functionality

It appears that my Norton product is sending error reports for the product itself to Symantec such as the one below (history ->Norton Error Reporting)

Is there a way to stop this happening as I can't see any option to stop error reporting .The only relevant field I can see is regarding Norton Community watch that has "detailed error data collection" as subsection and is already set to "off"

Thanks

Re: Norton "Error Reporting" functionality

Detailed Error Data Collection is the only user control I am aware of to modify what is submitted through Community Watch.  Norton Error Reporting seems to be a lot like Windows Event Viewer, in that there are often a lot of entries, but virtually nothing that should concern the user.  Primarily, it is just a way for Symantec to know what is happening with its products in the real world.

Thanks @SendOfJive

I was hoping there would be an option for users to decide whether they want to send error reports or not (like most software have )

Re: Norton "Error Reporting" functionality

Setting Error Reporting to "never" should work.  Anything already queued for submission would be sent but after that, no new submissions should be sent.  You can shut down Norton Community Watch entirely, as well.
