Norton Family on Android does not enforce (or show) usage

Hello,

I have just started using Norton Family since 11/25/2016. The main use case is to control 2 Android phones (Nexus 5X model) of my kids.

The system seems to be mostly working except for "Time supervision" and "Location Supervision". They both say "No activity reported in 7 days". There definitely is activity going on since "Web Supervision" shows activity on the internet, web sites visited. The email notifications seem to work, too.

I am a software developer, so able to troubleshoot issues like this one (in systems written by me :)

Please advise what can be done to resolve.

Hi E-engineer,

Please check the following:

1. These two features for Android device are available for Premier users.

2. If you are a NF premier use, please make sure It's turned On for "Time supervision" and "Location Supervision" under House rules for the child.

3. Please also be aware that location tracking on Android device is only available in US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Japan for legal reasons.  Which country are you located in?

4 If you confirm you fit all the requirements above, can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

Thanks for a great troubleshooting checklist. I guess, I am not the first one with this question.
Actually, #2 has fixed the issue, I believe.
Previously, I have set up "Time supervision" and "Location Supervision" under House rules for one child but not the other (and the first child was not using her phone yet). 
So, looks like it works now (will still have to see the usage data appear). 

One suggestion though, would be much more helpful to see the status say : "You have not enabled this feature" rather than "No activity reported in 7 days". The second message implies that everything is set up but no activity detected.
