Norton Family app not blocking my son's computer during blocked hours

I have set a House Rule for my son's computer in blocking from 1:00pm onwards. However, Norton doesn't give him any warning about the upcoming blocking nor stop him from using the computer after 1:00pm. How could I arrange a refund?

Hi Angel Wong,

Upon analyzing the backend data, we see that the school time was active during 1.00 pm that you have quoted.
School Time takes precedence over Time supervision and the device will not be locked if there is a time supervision curfew at that period.
Please adjust your school time and time supervision schedules accordingly such that they don't overlap.
