Norton Family - "Apps with usage access" gets turned off on device boot
Bought new Nokias for my kids recently. Now I have a problem with one of the phones (so it might be a device vendor issue or not). With Nokia 5 (Android 8.1.0) and Nokia 6.1 (Android 9.0) everything (Norton App Lock and Norton Family parental control) is working fine. But with Nokia 5.1 (Android 8.1.0) things got trickier. I can install Norton Family parental control on it just fine, and everything is working as expected, until the device is booted. Upon boot, the "Settings" app is launched on background (checked from Google account history) and the setting "Apps with usage rights" for Norton Family pc is revoked. Hence, the time limits still work but usage is not reported anymore and web restrictions do not apply anymore.
Also it looks like a different (older) version of Norton Family pc seems to be installed for Nokia 5.1 than N6.1 and N5.
Any ideas? Could it be an issue with a) Norton Family pc, b) Nokia battery saving thing or maybe c) Older version being installed for Nokia 5.1 from Play Store or eventually d) Android 8.1.0 for that specific Mediatek platform? Should I just wait for Norton Family pc updates and/or Android Pie for N.5.1 or is this a known issue already on 8.1.0 vanillas on that platform / Nokias specifically?
