Norton Family-Blocked websites are allowing access during school time

When I initially downloaded Norton Family Parental Controls, I was able to set a school time and restrict certain websites. However, now no matter what the school time is set to, my son is able to access restricted websites, like Roblox. The Norton Family App and browser extension are both installed on the computer. Also, the time is correct on the computer and the web activity is not being reported. 

The computer is running Windows 11 ver 21H2, Chrome ver 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Hi MeMe P,

Incognito alerts are also generated when Guest mode is being used in Chrome. Could you please check if guest mode was used for browsing activities?

Alerts could also be sent when incognito or guest mode is launched/running in the background. Kindly ensure that all such browser instances are closed via Task Manager to prevent this alert being sent.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We notice that on the newly created Win 11, Chrome incognito is being used for navigation. Please check there are no incognito browser instances opened.

Also please ensure you have the latest policy updated on the device. Kindly do an update house rules by clicking Norton Family Tray Icon ->"Update House Rules" to have latest policy synced.

Norton Family doesn't shut app off after time limit

Hello, I have a slightly different problem but I can't figure out how to start a new thread!

We are using Norton family on galaxy tab S5e SM-T727V - Android.

Generally it works well but when my child is using an app (ie listening to an audio book through a library app) and she has reached her time limit. Norton doesn't shut off the app. She can continue to listen.

Suggestions? Thank you

Incognito mode has been disabled on the browser and it always alerts me that he is using incognito mode but he is not. The latest policy has been updated. I have deleted the child and added him again, and for whatever reason, it now blocks him. However, whenever he opens Chrome again, it logs the session as being incognito; which again, he is not using.
