Norton Family Erroneous Alerts or No Alert At All

I'm getting an alert at odd hours that chrome incognito is in use.  Then when I purposely go to chrome and select incognito as a test I'm getting no alerts.   What's the best way to configure chrome so that all Norton Family alerts work correctly and provide good protection for teens?  Thanks!

Incognito alerts are sent once in every 24 hours when incognito mode is launched on Norton Family supported browsers.
