Norton Family ios app can't use carrier internet

Norton Family only seems to work on the phone when it is connected to WIFI. When on a mobile carrier (AT&T LTE), it says there is no internet connection. However, Safari and everything else works just fine.

I have no idea what could be causing this, is there anything I can do to make the app work when not on WIFI?

You said "Norton Family ios app can't use carrier internet".  What you see that tells you that Norton Family is the reason causing "no internet connection" message?  

Can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

Hi dizzr,

The Norton Family team has verified that our app works on carrier internet in our test devices.

Please check if you have allowed our app to use the mobile data.  The mobile data setting should be enabled for carrier internet to work.

The settings could be found at Settings —> Norton Family parental control —> Mobile Data
