Norton Family is no longer stopping inappropriate sites.

The Norton Family used to work and now it does not stop these sites.    The Chrome browser has this extension turned on.    Can you please help me?

Thanks for reaching Norton Family forums.

Upon analyzing the backend data, we see three windows device in your Norton Family account.

We could not see any data in one device and in another device, we see that the extension is disabled. Could you please enable the extension?

The third device has been inactive for sometime. Could you please check if the child is using a different windows account than the one which is set up for monitoring?
