Norton Family not reliably controlling my child's Android phone apps AFTER RESTART

Hello,

I restarted my child's phone. Upon restart, even though it was still his curfew time on Norton Family, the device allowed me to use Chrome, Whatsapp etc. Admittedly, it did block it every once in a while, but by and large it is NOT blocking it reliably any more. 

What happened, and most importantly how do I fix it?

Hi,

On restart, Norton Family monitoring should start automatically, but in some device, the service might be blocked to start automatically. Also on restart certain permissions might get reset

Could you check if the Norton Family app has all the permissions granted? You can go to the permissions screen on the Norton Family app to check this. and re-grant the permissions if any was revoked.

On restart if monitoring is not happening, try opening the Norton Family App once and see if monitoring starts again. Lets us know your observation
