For the last couple of days, I haven't be able to log in. The message comes up "Sorry- an error had occurred on the servcer. Please try again later."

I just managed to log onto NF successfully ..

I have been getting this same issue for 3 days now. I just tried again and I am still getting the same error. It is now also reporting that our computer is "a part of a different family account. Please try again." This report comes after it validates with the norton server. This happens on more than one computer we have. They have all been on the account for quite awhile now.
I can login to the regular Norton site, and the forums, but not Family.
I assume you get the login error "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server" when trying to log onto Norton Family website at https://family.norton.com/familysafety/loginStart.fs, right? If that's true, when you get the error "a part of a different family account. Please try again." ?
