Norton Family not working

Hi the house rules include blocking pornography, mature content etc, but sites such as pornhub can still be accessed on a chrome browser. This happened since September 2021 after a Microsoft update and it has still remained accessible. I am using the lastest version of Norton Family on Windows 10
