Norton Family Premier feature not working on Android

None of the norton family premier features seem to be working on my son's phone.

Location Tracking

Website tracking

Time tracking

Video tracking

Your Norton Family account probably has been upgraded to premier version yet.  Please check the link below to refresh your Norton Family account and make sure it has been upgrade to premier account.

So the above solution worked but now I keep having to reinstall the client on my phone, keeps saying the device is associated with another account. Also the locate now feature doesnt work.

Can you please uninstall/reinstall Norton Family on the Android device using the same NF email to see if that helps?

Those are the instructions I've been using. Still requires constant reinstallation. Also the locate now feature doesn't seem to work.

I've sent you a private message.  Because your Norton Family email is mentioned in the reply, to protect your privacy, I am not sharing the exact message here in the thread.  But I want to show the solution with other users in case others experience the same issue.  Below is partial information I sent you.

It seems there is an invited parent for this user xxx@bbb.com, and the premier license is in the invited parent’s account. Could you please use xxx@bbb.com account to install NF in the child device, so that now all the premier features will be available.
