None of the norton family premier features seem to be working on my son's phone.
Your Norton Family account probably has been upgraded to premier version yet. Please check the link below to refresh your Norton Family account and make sure it has been upgrade to premier account.

So the above solution worked but now I keep having to reinstall the client on my phone, keeps saying the device is associated with another account. Also the locate now feature doesnt work.
Can you please uninstall/reinstall Norton Family on the Android device using the same NF email to see if that helps?

It seems there is an invited parent for this user email@example.com, and the premier license is in the invited parent’s account. Could you please use firstname.lastname@example.org account to install NF in the child device, so that now all the premier features will be available.
