Norton Family Profile auf I-Pad installieren/ Fehlermeldung

Moin zusammen,

ich versuche verzweifelt Norton Familiy auf dem I-Pod meines Sohnes zu installieren. Leider läßt sich das Profil nicht installieren. Ich erhalte immer die gleichen Fehlermeldung: "Die neue Mobile Device Management Payload stimmt nicht mit der alten überein." Daraus werde ich leider nicht schlau zumal ich das programm erstmalig auf diesem Gerät installiere.

Wie kann man diesen Fehler beheben? Leider ist diese Fehlermeldung in der Hilfefunktion nicht zu finden und auch ein Support Agent nicht erreichbar ...

Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem gehabt und kann mir einen Tipp geben?

Good morning,
I'm desperately trying to install Norton Family on my son's iPod. Unfortunately the profile cannot be installed. I keep getting the same error message: "The new Mobile Device Management Payload does not match the old one." How can you fix this error? Unfortunately, this error message cannot be found in the help function and a support agent cannot be reached either ...

Auf dem Gerät scheint bereits ein MDM-Profil installiert zu sein. Auf dem iOS-Gerät kann nur ein MDM-Profil installiert werden.
Bitte entfernen Sie das vorhandene MDM-Profil aus Einstellungen -> Allgemein -> Geräteverwaltung und versuchen Sie dann, das „Norton Family MDM-Profil“ über die App zu installieren, um fortzufahren.

There appears to be a MDM profile already installed on the device. There can be only one MDM profile installed on the iOS device. So please remove the existing MDM profile from Settings -> General -> Device Management and then try installing “Norton Family MDM profile” through the app to proceed.

Danke für Ihre Antwort. Ja, es gibt ein anderes MDM Profil auf dem I-Pad. Dies wurde für den Schulunterricht eingerichtet und kann daher nicht gelöscht werden. Von daher sieht es wohl so aus, dass Norton Family in einem solchen Fall nicht genutzt werden kann ...

Thank you for your answer. Yes there is another MDM profile on the i-pad. That was installed for shool leesons and hence cannot be deleted. It seems that Norton Family cannot be used in such a case ...
