I receive the reports in Dutch, where can I change this?
Did you install Norton Family US version or Dutch version?
Also, please check you Language setting in the PC by the following steps.
Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
I have the US version installed on Win10 but I believe a dutch version was installed first. My problem is in the language of the emails I receive from Norton, nothing local on the PC.

Just want to make sure I understand you correctly. Are you saying you first installed the dutch version of Norton Family, then update Norton Family with US version?
If yes, can you please uninstall Norton Family first, then reinstall Norton Family US version to see if that helps?
If it still doesn't work,
1. Please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner.
2. Copy the email in Dutch to me by private message.
As far as I can remember, I installed Norton Security Premium in Dutch, un-installed it and re-installed the US version.
I'll share the info via message.

Email language is picked based on user’s email language preference at https://manage.norton.com (Account->Preferences) . Your preferred language is currently set as Dutch.
Can you please update the preferred language in management portal? You have to re login to NF after changing the preference.
