I did reboot and it still shows the same thing.
Across the internet I find lots of similar concerns for people trying to set this up.
So hours go by and no one at Norton can help me with this? Ridiculous. Maybe I should have the credit card company reverse the charge? This is ridiculous.
I'm having the same problem today, too. I've rebooted my son's iPhone. Turned Wi-Fi on/off. Removed all restrictions. Removed OurPact device profile and app. No luck. :-(
I do feel somewhat better knowing I'm not the only one having this problem. Hoping this thread gets some Norton input, too.
If you scan the internet there are tons of inquiries with this exact same problem, spanning years. So there is a lot of background on this. I am very frustrated right now. Symantec and Norton have really let me down.

Just wondering if you ever found a solution. I'm having the same problem tonight trying to install profile on 2 kid iphones.
All: Though you may have already done so uninstall the app and reboot the device in question. Then clear all the junk cache from the phone. Reinstall your NF software and try getting things going again. I just checked the Norton status site, all green across the board.
I did this long ago before commenting. Does not work.
I have no solution. This should not be so hard.

Same problem here. Just bought today could not install profile on child's device and getting this message.
This issue is fixed. Could you please try installing the profile and update the thread.
Open Norton Family app in your iPhone, click on "Install Profile" menu.
