Norton Family showing no activity on Windows 10
My child has two devices registered with Norton Family. One is an android phone and the other is the family PC (which has other users). Norton Family works fine on the android phone and I get regular updates. However, it is not showing any activity for the PC which works on Windows 10. I've tried the remote assistant and they could not solve the problem. My child uses Google Chrome to browse. We have Edge but don't use it because of the incompatibility problems with Norton.
I was wondering whether the problem had anything to do with Windows 10?
Any help would be appreciated.
