Norton Family still not working

Hello,

I saw the thread where Norton Family didn´t work and it was closed since the person involved said it worked again. Unfortunately this is not the case for me. When I try to log in I get the following message:

we still can't log into  Norton Family. We have transmitted our login email to Kathie. Now it's 5 days later without any response. I would expect more responsiveness.

Thanks for the update. As it stands now, we already lost a week of service and a week where our kid is without supervision on his phone.

For me it's clear that the end date of my subscription will be extended by the number of days of service I'm loosing here.
