Norton Family: Time extension request can't be sent, error 0x80004003, no alerts

I run NF on multiple PC's and Android phones.
The kids have recently been unable to send a time extension request from any of the devices (error code 0x80004003).
Also, it seems that no alerts are received from most devices.
I've just had the NF reinstalled on certain devices - doesn't seem to be helping.
something might've happened might have happened after the license swap, but we've been using the extension requests, on some devices anyway.

Thank you for your patience.
Upon analyzing we found that some of the logs were missed because of an intermittent issue. Since past few days, we see that the alerts/requests from some of the devices (which were failing earlier) are now being sent to the server successfully.
Please let us know if you still face any issues.
