Norton Family weekly email reports and wesite erroneously show no activity
Norton Family is installed on my daughters’ laptop and I am receiving email notifications if she attempts to visit a blocked website.
However, for the last month the weekly email reports erroneously show no activity for the week. I checked her browser history for period 10/6/13 through 10/12/13 and she is clearly using the laptop.
Additionally, the reports on https://onlinefamily.norton.com/ do not show any recent activity.
I logged onto my daughters pc using her account, and Norton family is running and working for both Chrome and IE.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, the reporting features are one of the main reasons I purchased this product.
