Norton flagging IBM Trusteer Rapport in an endless loop.

I have been using IBM Trusteer Rapport per my bank request for nearly a year now as a firefox addon. I have had no conflict problems until a few days ago when my Norton began repeatedly quarantining "er.huer!gen1" amd requiring me to restart my computer to complete the "removal". No sooner than I follow those instructions and log back in, I find Norton doing the same thing again. Repeatedly. It's an endless loop. It flags a file in roaming under firefox associated with IBM Trusteer Rapport. I finally was forced to disable the addon in order to stop the nag, and I am not happy about that at all. I find Rapport to be as important to me as Norton. Why the sudden conflict?

So is this a false flag or is the sky suddenly really falling with respect to IBM Rapport?  And what exactly is er.huer!gen1, I find the description of this to be unclear other than it's of "low risk".

I tried to upload a screen shot but apparently jpg is not accepted.

Thanks.

Hi @CynthiaS,

Sorry for the trouble caused. Could you please upload the file being detected as "er.huer!gen1" Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive) for further investigation?
