When I try to restore my hard drive the recovery get's stuck at 94% and will not finish what can I do to resolve this problem?
Without solving your problem, here is an useful piece of information. Yesterday, I installed the latest version of NIS (V22.8) and since then Ghost (V15) can no longer be run on my PC (running under Windows 10). A message clearly states it : this software cannot run on your PC! FYI, Ghost was successfully run 4 days ago, before the update.
I chatted with Norton support. They confirmed the discontinuation of Norton Ghost and their unability to provide me with a technical solution. They directed me to another Symantec software Ghost Enterprise Suite. Which I will try, if it corresponds to my needs.
