Norton Ghost 15 Recovery, No USB devices detected

Greetings all,

I've been trying to run Norton Ghost 15 recovery disk/USB bootable in an HP Pro One 400 G2 device and I get no mouse/keyboard response upon load (no PS2 ports). To be able to run the software I boot into legacy mode, and I already looked into the BIOS for options pertaining to USB power and found nothing. I'm otherwise well aware of how incompatible G15 is with windows 10.
I already tried using all 2.0 or 3.0 ports, multiple distinct peripherals. Taking out the disk out is not an option since I'd be breaking the warranty seal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
