Norton GO can't join EAP?

When I try join EAP with my Norton GO (Bullguard account), It seem:

---------------------------
You don't have a valid registered license or product to participate in EAP
---------------------------
 

I'm wondering if it's because NortonGO doesn't plan to release any public tests? Or am I doing something wrong.
