Norton Halt stops when scanning for Zipfury Path

When I scan for Zipfury Path Traversal Vulnerability Norton Halt stops and shuts down. Does this mean I have this threat? Norton Mobile Security has found no threats on my phone.

Re: Norton Halt stops when scanning for Zipfury Path

What device and Android OS version are you using?

Is there any error message when this happens?

Try clearing the app data for Norton Halt in the Android Settings - Apps. Then restart your device and test again.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Samsung Galaxy J3, Android 7.0 tried all of that, including removing and reinstalling Halt. No error message, app just stops and closes

I have a Samsung Tab A on Android 7.1.1, and my scan completes as it should. I'll see if I can get an answer on this for you.

Re: Norton Halt stops when scanning for Zipfury Path

Hi, sorry it took so long to respond, busy week. The Halt app version is; 6.4.0.036 and there is nothing really to screen shot, the app works fine for all scans until I tap the zipfury path button, the app disappears and a box pops up that says Norton halt has stopped, with the 2 options, restart app, and report issue.
