Norton has withdrawn $154.99 from my bank account without any notice

Hi,

Norton has withdrawn $154.99 from my bank account without any notice and I just have one active device. I'm Not happy at all and I request you to fully refund the amount you have withdrawn from my bank account as soon as you can.

Thanks,

Mousa

That was helpful info thanks!  I also had the same problem where they charged my card without me knowing. My expiration is 3/6/2022 yet they charged 5 weeks earlier on 1/31/2022.  My phone can only set up notifications of up to one week; but it autorenewed 5 weeks early I had no idea!  I chatted with a rep and he said it was due to the fact that cards expire so it gives time for people to update their records when they get errors on autorenew.  I told him I already bought a license card and he let me enter it so now I have two years of service plus I'll get 50% refund from the $124.99 that was charged on my card yesterday ($62.49 back).  He also helped disable autorenew.

So folks if you have autorenew on you'll need to set your calendars to TWO months before your subscription ends to decide if you want to keep the autorenew, update your credit card, or buy a license key on Amazon for 80% OFF on Black Friday :P

Yes, users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment 30-45 days before current term expire.  Users are supposed to receive email notification before Norton pulls payment.
