Norton Helper

I got a prompt for my password when I tried to install N360, for the Norton Helper app, which I've never seen before. It wouldn't accept my password. What do I do?

As a separate matter, I tried contacting Chat using three different browsers and it didn't work. It's likely in the settings, but I tried to remove virtually all blocks, and it still didn't work. Why
