The norton ID safe app on IOS 10.3.1 closes direct after I open the notes folder ( the safe notes folder of the app) on iPhone and iPad
I just tried on my iPad on IOS 9.3.5 and do not see the same thing. Are both your devices on IOS 10?
I'll ask around to see if it is something specific to IOS 10

I had the same problem. I have been able to solve it by signing out and then signing back in again - you have to be quick before it closes on you
alexth21, can you please go to iOS Settings->Privacy->Diagnostics and Usage and ensure that "Automatically send" is checked. If not already, kindly select "automatically send" and reproduce the crash a couple more times on the device. This will help us in getting the crash logs at our end and we can troubleshoot the issue using the same. Thank you for your cooperation.
Hi ian h., we have issued a fix for the crash and the app should be live in a couple of days. As an immediate resolution, you can uninstall and reinstall the app on your iOS device and that should resolve the problem.
