Hi, i have issue with loging on my Samsung S8+. I can not log into app on my S8+. On other Samsung devices and on my pc, I don't have problem. All mobiles run on Android 7.0
There were some server issues yesterday with ID Safe.
If you still cannot access the vault, try opening the ID Safe app and scroll down and Sign Out of your Norton Account. Then Sign In again and try the vault again.
Thanks for the help, I tried this and reinstall, and clear the cache. Later today vault just get it right and start working. It seems strange to me that the application on my computer is working properly while on the web and the mobile does not.
The vault issues are hard to figure out from a users's perspective. For PCs, there were issues with the Edge and Firefox browser extensions, but it was OK in Chrome and IE. So maybe there was also an issue at the same time that affected mobile versions.
