Hi,
I have went through all the troubleshooting steps for toolbar not working with google chrome and it is still not working.
Any help in solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We are aware of this issue and this will be fixed in our next release. Regards, Karthik.
In the mean time, run your browser window in "Restore Down" mode, dragging the window edges out to your required size. Don't resize the browser window to the maximum, as the tool bar will disappear.
If you've lost the toolbar completely, try reinstalling it from the following Chrome Store links:-
Product Version
Chrome Extensions
Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security (2014)
Norton Safe Search as default for Chrome
Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security (2013)
Norton Safe Search as default for Chrome
Norton Security and Norton Security with Backup
Norton Safe Search as default for Chrome
Norton Identity Safe (Stand alone)
Norton Safe Search as default for Chrome

Re: Using Chrome my Norton toolbar is present in restore down screen but disappears in full screen. I am baffled by this!
