Ii need to reset my vault password. In the norton 360 product menu, identity safe, settings, i am not able to click the security tab as it is unhiglited.
I would manually carry out a Live Update then restart your computer then check that the setting returns to normal.
It sounds like you may be using a Standard Windows user account. With the latest Norton versions, you need to be logged in as an Administrator to be able to change settings.
