For the pass 2 days I can not login to my indentity program. When I put my password it saids Vault opening ans will not go any further.
Are you able to log into your vault from the Identity Safe web site? https://identitysafe.norton.com
Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?
After 2 days it came back normal.
