Norton Internet Security 2010 and Windows' Firewall

Hi, All,   About a few weeks' ago, I had to use the Norton Removal Tool.  After I had used it and re-started the laptop, I Turned On the Windows' Firewall.  I then proceeded to re-install N.I.S. 2010.  Just last night, I decided to do the Auto-Fix Tool to make sure everything was okay.  It found a Fixed a problem with the Windows' Firewall Conflict.  I remember Norton would give you a warning saying that it recommends you to turn off the Windows' Firewall, but this doesn't appear to be the case any more, or is this an un-detected Bug that I've just discovered?
