Norton Internet Security 4 for Mac Installation issues

Hi,

I purchased Norton Internet Security 4 for Mac over the phone and have downloaded the product.  I run the installation, but it keeps giving me a message that my subscription is expired and gives me three options 1) Subscribe now, 2) I have a subscription key, and 3) I don't want to subscribe.  I don't seem to find a subscription key in my confirmation email or on the findmyorder.com website.  Was I sold the wrong product (the price was much lower than shown online) or do I need to do something else to complete the installation?

Did you already have Norton Internet Security 4 for Mac installed or was this the first time you have installed the product? 

Installing NIS for Mac again, on top of an existing installation, will not renew the subscription. You'll need a subscription key for that. If this was the first time you had NIS for Mac installed, then something must have gone wrong during installation.

If you already had NIS for Mac installed, and purchased it again, you'll need to contact customer support. They can handle all subscription-related issues.
