on November 9th 202I it showed I have 10.468900 ETH waiting to pay out and they never did , than Norton updated to a different mining screen and then it went away don't know what to do or complain to looked everywhere on the computer but i did take a picture of it before it went away to who knows where I uploaded the pic.

@natey2, Gary D Lemkie did not mine 10ETH, this was an issue with our backend systems reporting an incorrect payout, read the thread above.
The other detail I will give is average users earn between 0.000251 - 0.000626 ($1-$2.50) per day with 10-16 hrs of mining but it really depends on the hardware and amount of time you mine. These are just averages and not meant as a guarantee. Ethereum price, difficulty and current usage all lend a hand into how much a particular machine can earn per day.
So on the high end to earn 10ETH would take 15-20k days so clearly not real.
