I went in to "Purge" to delete a couple of file no longer needed and "Purge in progress" has been running for 4 days. How can I get it to stop?
Don't feel bad...I just checked mine and it's been stuck since June 10. It apparently finished one on June 10 and restarted one immediately after that and has been running ever since. I didn't notice until I went in to restore some things and I can't because it won't let me do anything else until the purge is cleared. Okay Symantec...what do we do???? I'm about ready to cancel and just get an external hard drive like I had at work. No problems and no subscription renewal fees.
