Norton Online Backup Won't Work
I've paid for a subscription, and installed the software. Every time I clickl the icon in the system tray (Windows 7), a web page pops up, with theis message:
Something went wrong
Nobu is sorry something went wrong and will look at it right away.

When I click as indicated, another screen pops up showing the same thing. After re-installing repeatedly (this is day 2 of the ordeal), I'm stuck. I unistalled the program, and now the install exe file is gone from my downloads. How do I pursue a refund of my purchase, please?
