Norton Password Manager is not sending me a mobile unlock code anymore?

To whom this may concern:

     Upon logging in, my password manager states it sent a mobile unlock code...I USED to get it...now, I never get an unlock code anymore?  Suggestions?

If you have recently changed your mobile device, you will have to set up Mobile Unlock again. Even if you have the same phone number. It is not the phone number that is used to identify the mobile device.

The first section in SoulAsylum's post above should help with this.
