Norton Password Manager is unusable

Yes, everytime I click on the browser extension in Chrome and attempt to sign-in, a tab opens inviting me to "Setup my Web Browser". Immediately after clicking "Next" the tab closes, consistently! Any other attempt to upen my Vault by other means is met with the following error: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again".... Running the software on:
Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 4/24/2022
OS build 19045.2130
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
Norton 360
22.22.9.11
Windows 10 Pro
