Norton pop-up promotion link errors

I have Norton 369 installed on a Win 11 PC.

I get pop-up promotions for Norton products such as Antitrack but if I follow the link it takes me to the French Norton website. The site looks genuine.

This happens with some other Norton product links but not if I access the product site directly. Is there a region or location setting in 360 to correct this? All other elements seem to work correctly.
