Norton Power Eraser doesn't work directly on Window 10
I don't know if this happens to anyone, but some help & advice is appreciated. So I upgraded my win 7 home edition to Window 10 last night again, afterward, when I ran Norton Power Eraser(I have Norton Internet Security) default Scan for Risks, it requires a restart, but after restart nothing happens; before on win 7 after click scan for risk, it asks for restart, yes, then after restart, Power Eraser will start scanning, but on win 10, after restart, nothing goes on, however, if I go for Unwanted App Scan or Advanced Option, those scans still work. This is my 2nd time upgrade to win 10, 1st time was back on Jan, same kind of issue back then, hence I return to 7 to see if wait a bit will wait for a solution to come up. Has this happened to anyone? Just doesn't feel right.
Also, before on win 7 regular full scan will only take maximum 1 hour, now it seems to go for 3 hour or so, and I can't use laptop much during the scan neither, during regular full scan, either thing won't load or major slow down, is this also normal on win 10? Maybe it will go away after a month, since old win 7 data is still in my laptop? I am really not sure, any idea?
My laptop is going a bit smoother than last time when I upgrade to win 10 though. Like I said, help or advice is appreciated, Thank you.
