Norton Reputation Scan Problem

Hello,

A dialog box popped up when I started a Reputation Scan:

Connection Warning:

Trust Level, Prevalence, Resource Usage, and Stability reported for files may not be accurate because Norton Insight cannot connect to the Symantec Server.  Please ensure that your computer is connected to the Internet for up-to-date results.

I am connected to the Internet and don't understand why I got this dialogue box.

It is just warning you that it cannot connect to the server. This can be caused by anything between you and the server. If you can still connect to the internet, it may be a temporary issue with the server.

Keep trying and if you still have the issue, come back and we can check some other ideas.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

I'm glad I searched the forum--I thought I was losing my mind! I just got this error today, even after the Full Reputation Scan has supposedly completed. I'm gonna give it some time and try again after. Is anyone else having this problem now?
