Norton saying tool bar isn't configured with Chrome?

So after uninstalling and reinstalling chrome, removing and adding the Norton toolbar extension multiple times, it still keeps on saying that it needs to be installed on chrome even though it actually is.

idk if this is just a glitch or it's actually not working on chrome but it's kind of worrying atm.

(I currently have version 22.12.1.15 of Norton and version 65.0.3325.162 of Chrome)

Hello carlaJoanne Are you running Windows 10? If so check your system setting and ensure you have Chrome set as your default browser and reboot. Recheck your issue.

Cheers

Re: Norton saying tool bar isn't configured with Chrome?

There seems to be a disconnect between the new Toolbar and ID Safe extensions and the reporting in the Norton Security products. As long as you see the extensions enabled in your browsers, and they are working as expected, you can ignore the messages in Norton Security.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
