Norton Secure Browser : How to move favorites and extensions icons

Hey all !
Wondering how to move/change position of extensions and favorites icons ?
Just hold CTRL key and left click/move the mouse to desired position.
I post that because i didn't knew how to do that and when i google it i didn't find the way.
