Norton Secure VPN connecting issue

I had a similar problem on my ipad.  I did have secure VPN running but for a particular reason had to switch it off.  Following this it would not acknowledge my account and kept asking me to sign in for the trial period.  Eventually I managed to get over this problem and signed in on my account.  The problem now is that, when I attempt to use VPN it gets into a loop in that it attempts to connect to (in the latest attempt, Culver City USA) but keeps failing and then re-attempts to sign in.

In the case of my Windows 10 machine it simply will not run and no matter how many times I click on the secure VPN app it will not start.

Any suggestions as to what the problem is with my ipad and how to get secure VPN to run on Windows 10.

Have you restarted your computer since installing Norton VPN? Not Shut Down and Startup again as this will not get a full system shutdown required to fully update/install apps if the Windows Fast Startup feature is enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. On Win 10, have you checked the system tray for the VPN app? When clicking on the app icon on the desktop, it does start up and connect without a screen coming up to show what is happening. Only the system tray icon appears.

What version of iOS is on the iPad?  Are you connected to a wifi network before trying to activate the VPN?
