Norton Secure VPN should connect automatically at startup

I am very disappointed in the Norton Secure VPN feature included with Norton 360. A VPN is a valuable security tool to keep a computer and its users safe, especially when used by multiple users. The VPN should connect automatically at startup. It is highly unlikely that any users other than myself ever remember or care to ever turn it on. Unless Norton corrects this faux pas before my subscription is up for renewal I am unlikely to renew it for another year.
