Hello,
According to requirements, NS version 22.8.0.50 is needed to change to EAP, however what if I have already upgraded to NS version 22.8.1.14?

Before you begin, make sure that ALL of the below apply to you:
- Operating system language - English
- Product - Norton Security / Norton Security with Backup
- Product Version - 22.8.0.50
- OS Country - United States of America
- Product State - Activated (Not Expired)
- Product is registered with a Norton Account
- OS Version – Windows 7 or greater

The EAP targets only product version 22.8.0.50 and currently the EAP cannot be initiated from 22.8.1.14
If you are confortable going back, You can download version 22.8.0.50 from www.norton.com/latestns (Norton Security)

I, too, have NS 22.8.14. Before seeing this, I switched to the EAP. It appears to have installed. No errors during the process. I logged in successfully, and the Norton EAP logo appears on the UI. However, when I manually try to use Live Update, I get an installation failed red X. This has, on occasion, occurred in the past - without EAP - so I am wondering if it is a temporary server issue or if I need to reinstall Norton to the previous version and start over. What do you think?

I don't know what occurred. I tried it again as per the post above - uninstalled, reinstalled version 22.8.0.50, switched to EAP -- lost all my settings and the backup feature was completely missing. That link must be to NS WITHOUT backup. Anyway, I am back to my previous version. I guess I'll stay away from the EAP for now. Thank you, though!

Yes richfed, the link was to NS 22.8.0.50 without backup. It now points to NS 22.8.1.14.
We still need a link to NSBU 22.8.0.50 please if Mohan G see's this.

It now points to NS 22.8.1.14
The URLs have been updated with the latest Norton builds (22.8.1.14). I'll check this and get back here.

I am getting error post joining the program as Process updates failed to complete. I have joined the program from build 22.8.1.14. I wanted to know if you are working on this issue or I need to install older build 22.8.0.50. Kindly provide link to NSBU 22.8.0.50 as the download links have been updated.
