ever since nortons security 7.5 was install I cant' run full scan?

Could you please give me more information about what exactly happens? Are you seeing an error message when trying to run a scan? A screenshot would help.
I have the same problem. I am attaching a screenshot. How can I fix this? I am on a Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.
