As you no doubt know, you should not have two active anti virus programs.
If you have previously used F-Secure and are now using Norton, you need to remove any remaining F-Secure files using that company's dedicated removal tool. https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support-tools
After the removal, restart your computer and try scanning again.
