i`m new to norton family and i cant connect to the internet after installing or updating the Norton Internet Security software.
Any suggestion or help, highly appreciated.
To clarify, are you using Norton Security or Norton Internet Security?
Is it possible for you to describe a little more about the problem? When is it occuring? Could you check your connectivity in Windows and tell us if you're connected?
If you are using Norton Security, could you check, Norton Security > Options (or Settings) > Firewall > General settings > Network Trust (Configure) and tell me what status on "Reliability Level" your connection is.
In addition to what AriGLD has requested, run LiveUpdate manually a few time until there are no updates found, restart the computer even though it is not required.
Let us know how it goes.
I would also suggest to turn off your modem / router for 30 secs - 1 min and turn it back On to check if you can access Internet.
